Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's how our return policy works:

Damaged or Faulty Items:

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within two days of receiving your order at support@greenmyskin.com with a brief description of the issue and a picture (if possible) for faster processing.

We will get back to you within ten business days to arrange a replacement or a full refund, at your discretion, free of charge.

Change of Mind:

While we primarily offer damaged/faulty item returns, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you'd like to return an unopened and unused item for a full refund within fourteen days of receiving your order, please contact us at support@greenmyskin.com. We'll provide instructions for returning the item.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs for change of mind returns will be the customer's responsibility.
  • All returned items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all tags attached.
